Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing from PinoyPrint Publishing. Because we sell digital products (e-books, workbooks, educational materials), please note the following:
1. Final Sale Policy
- All sales are final once the purchase is completed and download access is granted.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, inability to download, device incompatibility, or customer error.
2. Exceptions (Refund or Exchange Considered Only If):
We may grant a refund or re-issue the files if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- You immediately contact us at admin@pinoyprintpublishing within 7 days of purchase.
- You provide proof of payment and order details (e.g. transaction ID, date, email used).
- You demonstrate that the download link failed, was never delivered, or there was a technical error on our end (e.g. file corrupted).
3. What We Can Do
If the above conditions are met, we may:
- Re-send the download link or correct the issue; or
- Provide a refund, at our discretion, covering the paid amount minus any transaction fees (if applicable).
4. What We Cannot Refund
We will not refund or exchange for:
- Change of mind, inability to use the file, or customer’s device issues
- Download failure caused by customer negligence (internet issues, temporary network, device storage errors)
- Partial use or partial download
5. How to Request Refund or Support
To request a refund or report a download issue, send an email to: admin@pinoyprintpublishing.com with subject line: “Refund / Download Issue – Order #[order number]”. Include:
- Your name and email used for purchase
- Date of purchase and transaction ID
- Description of the problem and, if possible, screenshots or error messages
6. Processing Time
If your request meets the conditions, we will respond within 3 business days. Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase, or as store credit if required.
