Welcome to PinoyPrint Publishing. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of any digital products (e.g. e-books, workbooks, educational materials) offered by us. By using the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy any products.

1. Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “our” — PinoyPrint Publishing
• “You”, “your”, “customer”, “user” — Person visiting the Site or buying/using our digital products
• “Products” — Digital goods (e-books, workbooks, course materials, etc.) available for purchase on the Site

2. Use of Site and Products

• The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may purchase Products strictly for your own use, study or teaching — not for resale, redistribution, or sharing with others.
• Unauthorized redistribution, publication, resale, or public display of Products is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with PinoyPrint Publishing.

3. Digital Delivery

• Upon full payment, you will gain access to digital download(s) or receive the file(s) via email.
• It is your responsibility to download and store your files securely.
• We are not liable if you lose downloaded files on your end (e.g. lost device, accidental deletion).

4. Payment and Fees

• All prices are as displayed on the Site and in Philippine Peso (PHP), unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods are those listed at checkout. Payment must be completed before access is granted.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if payments are invalid or flagged for fraud.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds merely for change of mind, device incompatibility, or failure to download on your part.
• Refunds or exchanges may be considered only under limited circumstances (e.g. technical error on our end, duplicate purchase, or failure to receive download link after successful payment) — and must be requested immediately via our contact email.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind (express or implied).
• We do not guarantee that Products will meet your expectations, be error-free, or work on all devices/platforms.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost data, loss of profits, etc.).

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

• Share, resell, distribute, modify, or publicly display Products without express permission.
• Use the Site or Products in any unlawful way or to infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, copy-protection or licensing restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, images, digital files — is the intellectual property of PinoyPrint Publishing or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by the appropriate Philippine courts and under applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products means you accept any new Terms.
